IraniLink is an online community platform for the Iranian and Persian community in the United Kingdom. We provide:

• A business directory to discover and list Iranian-run businesses across the UK
• An events platform for community gatherings, cultural events, and professional networking
• A classifieds section for buying, selling, and advertising goods and services
• Community profile and account features

IraniLink is a platform only. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any listing, event, or advertisement posted by users.

• You must be 16 years of age or older to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You may only hold one account — duplicate accounts may be suspended
• You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorised access
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account

By submitting content to IraniLink (including business listings, event submissions, classified advertisements, and profile information), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the platform.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to submit the content
• The content is accurate and not misleading
• The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• The content complies with all applicable UK laws and regulations

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful, inappropriate, or inaccurate.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent listings or content
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post content that is illegal, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape the platform without our prior written consent
• Attempt to circumvent our security measures, authentication systems, or access controls
• Create accounts for the purpose of manipulating reviews, ratings, or listings
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates applicable law

All listings are subject to moderation. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion without notice.

We do not verify the accuracy of business listings, classified advertisements, or event details. IraniLink accepts no liability for any loss arising from transactions or interactions between users.

Featured listings and promotional services may be subject to separate commercial terms agreed in writing.

The IraniLink name, logo, platform design, and all original content produced by us are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

User-generated content remains the intellectual property of the submitting user, subject to the licence granted in Section 3.

IraniLink is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.

We make no representations about the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any goods, services, or content listed on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, IraniLink and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under UK law.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your conduct is harmful to other users or the platform.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the platform or by email. Continued use of IraniLink after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
